VMV Hypoallergenics Superskin 2 Monolaurin + Mandelic Acid Toner | First Impressions

The last time I used a toner was probably in high school when I used to go to my weekly dermatologist to have treatments done-not the best of times. And ever since that time, I haven’t really been using one, which makes it almost 5 years of going without one. Thankfully, I saw those email alerts of online sales on beautymnl!

VMV Hypoallergenics Superskin 2 Monolaurin+Mandelic Acid Toner– Before using any type of skin care, I usually read the instructions to make sure what I am going to apply it is actually the correct way. So upon reading the how to’s and what not’s, I learned that when you start using this toner, it is not advisable to use it everyday directly. The instructions recommended that I start using this two-three times a week then gradually use it more and more every week until you use it ten times a week.

I must admit that I was a bit scared to use this in the beginning because of the acidy smell. The smell is so strong that it might turn you off but when I realized there must be a purpose for why it is this way…Then I noticed using its significance after I removed my make up using a miscellar water that there must’ve been make up left on my face.

Low and behold the wonders of what this toner can do! After try this for a few weeks, I realized that toners are a must in a weekly to triweekly skincare regimen. They really do make a difference. I also noticed a lot of my pimples started to clear up after a few weeks of using this. I hope I can get the whole set of this soon!
