I am sure that I am not the only one who gets that sinking feeling when you run out of ideas–Oh no!! Especially when you constantly pick your brain for ideas on the daily, repetition and copying can be your usual final resort.

I don’t mean that you have to be a social butterfly or a socialite to get out there, but it wouldn’t hurt to meet people who thrive in passionate spaces and mindsets. They’re zealous energy might just rib on you.

Whenever I feel just MEH. I tend to head back to my bookshelf. Reading has and still is a great past time for me, especially romantic teeny bopper novels. I am 22 years old and yes, I still do read those! Although sometimes I do enjoy reading blogs and all but there is something about a pen and a paper that makes the whole experience more authentic.

LOOK AT THINGS FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Sometimes we can get so used to thinking about ideas in our own little blogging bubble. But to really enhance such skill in creativity or literature, looking at things/ideas from a different stand point can make you realize that there is more out there than what you see.

GO EXPLORE

This term can be misinterpreted in a way that you should literally travel to a different country and burn hundreds of dollars. But all you really need to do is just step out of your comfort zone. You’ll be surprised with what you can find just a few towns away.

DON’T PUSH YOUR INSPIRATION

Coming from a creative person’s perspective, I hate deadlines. But it definitely is one of those aspects in a work place that helps get things done and dusted. One way to
